A: for sample, it can be send via express, such as DHL, Fedex, TNT,
UPS, about 4-6 days on the way.

A: yes, in some blank item which have enough position for logo, we
can add your logo on it.
Q: when can I get the sample after make order?
A: if we have stock, we can provide in 2 days, if custom design,
will provide with 10days after the design artwork confirm and
settle payment!
Q: how long for mass production?
A: it will need about 25-35 days depend on the quantity.
Q: what file do you need for make design?
A: we need vector format as CRD, AI and PS.
Q: how to make sure we will get the good quality goods?
A: all step will have sampling inspection, and it will do a full QC
after assembling the goods, before the packing.
Q: how to pay the charge?
A: we accept payment by T/T, bank to bank, Paypal, Western Union
